SUMMARY:
Southeast Behavioral Services serves families in Sevierville, Tn and surrounding cities. We are seeking an RBT to join our small but growing team to provide behavior therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental delays. We provide services in the client homes and in the communities of the cities we serve.

Provide behavior intervention services in-home and in school.
Provide direct ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental delays.
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Work in a professional manner, adhering to the ethics and confidentiality requirements of our field.
Collect, analyze, and update data; organize/create materials, research activities, etc.
Fill out session notes accurately and timely after each session.
Engage in on-going staff training as needed.
Active RBT certification or the ability to obtain one.
Undergraduate degree in psychology or related field preferred.
Experience working with children with disabilities preferred.
Have a working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on occasion.
Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, or engage in other positions for extended periods of time.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various areas where therapy is provided.
Active CPR certification or the ability to obtain one.
Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills.
