Intake
Fill out the intake form, upload or email us all required documents in order to receive authorization for an assessment.

Assessment
Once your intake is complete, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct a thorough evaluation of your child's needs and goals and recommend a course of treatment.
Insurance & Payment
We accept TennCare and most major insurance plans. Don't see yours? Reach out and our team will be happy to check your benefits and explore your options.
